First of all I can’t say enough about how nice everyone has been and professional. Beth was our coordinator and she is AWESOME ! I came with my husband for stem cells. I did not know what to expect as he had been doing all of the communication. We are both highly impressed , that started from getting picked up at the air port. The drivers have been professional and friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to eat. Our coordinator, Beth, is like your friend you've not seen in years but picked right up when you see her. DR. Amescua was very attentive and stayed with us. From my first inquiry phone call until the day I arrived home, my experience with Russalt was nothing short of spectacular! I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Dr. Anescua has wonderful bedside manner and the MedicalMex team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend MedicalMex, LLC, my experience was first class all the way.  I brought a companion to help me, however you don't need one, they take very good care of you. Our driver, Martin was wonderful. He picked us up at San Diego Airport, he was in contact by cell phone, easy to locate outside baggage claim, he texted his picture, name, and license plate number. It's a short ride to Tijuana, 30 - 45 minutes, crossed the border with ease.  We were met by Beth, she was so kind and took very good care of me, from beginning to end.  Beth was at my side throughout my stay, I did not feel alone or unsure of my surroundings at any point. She showed us around the clinic and the hospital, took me to my appointments, explaining the procedures, what to expect and recovery.  Doctor Amescua was professional and explained in detail what my knees and shoulder looked like and why I had pain, I learned more from him than any doctor in the states.  The next morning after the Stem Cell and PRP injections my pain is diminished, I understand it takes time and about 10 days taking it easy, The clinics and hospital were clean and everyone was professional and courteous. I highly recommend MedicalMex, LLC in Tijuana. I came as a companion and loved the variety of procedures they offered. I did IV Drips to help with my overall well-being and to give me a boost of energy, while my husband was recovering. Definitely ask what they offer before arrival and plan accordingly. I was informed from a friend of mine about stem cell treatment. So I did my homework. This place the people were very professional. No hick ups. Picked up at airport straight to clinic MRI for my neck. Treatment soon followed. Though I am real sore I treated my knees my lower back and my neck. Transportation traveling across border was a breeze. Now all I need is time
